**Your Role**:
To provide support to the Casualty business in the areas of Underwriting Audit and Peer Reviews, Underwriting Guidelines, Underwriting Authorities, Operations, Product Line Communications, Policy Wordings, and Systems.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Work in conjunction with the Casualty Manager A&NZ in the setting of budgets, strategies and objectives for the Australian Casualty Portfolio.
- Coordinate underwriting audit process for Casualty in ANZ.
- Implementation and oversight of Policy projects across ANZ.
- Work with Product Line leadership to create standard and manuscript wording development, referral & approval processes.
- In collaboration with Product Line leadership, create and distribute underwriting directives for all units.
- Ensure consistency and the delegation of authority throughout the business unit, and assist with issuance of authority documentation.
- Manage and evaluate team performance, ensuring business goals are clearly set, assessed and achieved by each individual.

**Qualifications**:
**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Broad knowledge of the insurance industry and specific product underwriting developed from at least 7 years in a product underwriting position.
- Proven analytical skills necessary to judge the desirability of complex or unusual risks within the Casualty Product Line.
- Demonstrated effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to be capable of dealing with all levels of Chubb personnel as well as in dealing with producers and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to reduce complex material and situations into understandable training segments for the development of underwriters.
- Successful completion of a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent business experience.
