**What You Will Be Doing**

Peninsula Health 10 bed Adult PARC (APARC) is a 24 /7 residential services providing support to people experiencing significant mental health conditions that require clinical and/or psychosocial interventions, with an early intervention and recovery focus.
As a key member of the leadership team, the Team Leader will work closely with the tendered partnership Program Coordinator in managing service delivery to the clients of APARC. The Team Leader will have primary responsibility for the leadership of PHMHS staff and the overall delivery of APARC clinical services.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- Registration as Nurse, Social Worker, OT or Clinical Psychologist
- (RPN only) Post graduate qualification in Mental Health or specialist undergraduate Mental Health program
- Proven ability in the management of clients with a major mental illness and in the techniques of assessment, crisis intervention, counselling and psychosocial rehabilitation
- Experience in the mental health field including acute inpatient services and/or community mental health care
- Experience leading a team
