**About the School**:
Elanora State High School was established in 1990 and students are drawn mainly from our local area. The school population is currently around 980 students across Year 7 - 12. **About the Role**:
**As the Head of Special Education Services**: You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
- Lead the school's Diverse Learning teachers, students and stakeholders to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students. embed socially just practices in daily school life. Set high standards for student and staff performance. Actively participate in life-long learning and ongoing professional development. Form partnerships with parents, other government agencies, and community groups. Be futures orientated and strategic. Understand the legislation and policies that impact on schooling especially in relation to Inclusion. Manage human, financial, facilities and curriculum resources to achieve goals.
