A leading National Managed Service Provider based in Melbourne’s Inner South requires an IT Workshop Technician for a permanent opportunity commencing immediately. **Your new role**

In this exciting new role, you will be:

- Running the technical workshop, including hardware set-ups, warranty repairs and incoming deliveries.
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairs faulty hardware for clients.
- Organising onsite deployment of hardware infrastructure.
- Managing the internal stock inventory.
- Imaging and configuring SOEs on hardware.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Prior experience configuring and troubleshooting computer hardware.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange and Office 365.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology as well as Microsoft, Azure and Cisco certifications are beneficial.
- Proven experience working within a Managed Service Provider or Consultancy is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
