You will be part of leading the workshop team, creating a positive workplace environment and part of coaching and mentoring workshop staff and apprentices. The role will involve working alongside management to ensure KPI’s and target are met, while ensuring quality control and compliance.

**YOU**:

- Strong Organisational skills
- Disciplined and able to lead a workshop team
- Good OHS understanding
- Highly Motivated
- Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- A Current VIC Drivers Licence (manual)
- Enthusiasm and a desire to succeed
