**We're seeking a switched-on Banking Operations Consultant with drive and a detail-oriented, efficient work style. Ready to excel?**

Our customers rely on the Human Way to Bank, our Banking Operations team make this happen every day by processing transactions, account maintenance and reporting activities. As the backbone supporting our customer service teams, this role is critical to ensuring that our customers have a safe and seamless banking experience.

**A Day in the Life**:
The role of Banking Operations Consultant is all about workflow. This can be highly appealing to someone who likes structure and working through tasks as once you have the skills, a real flow can set in.

This doesn't mean that you can switch off though Alongside processing and administration for banking transactions, you will be on the lookout for transactional behaviours that pose a risk to our customers.

You will use a wide array of banking systems and collaborate with other teams to problem solve and find improve the banking experience for our customers.

**Here are the key skills and strengths we’re looking for**:

- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to effectively manage and mitigate fraud and risk-related matters in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in utilising various financial management and processing systems.
- Committed to continuously learning and expanding skills.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Knowledgeable about the dynamic regulatory landscape within the financial services industry.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, make independent decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Thrives in a collaborative and positive team environment.
