**A Day in the Life**:
As a Lending Solutions Consultant, you’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining

outstanding service standards for all aspects of internal and external customer satisfaction

with a key focus in customer retention and discharges.

**Here are the key skills and strengths we’re looking for**:
You'll have a passion for customer satisfaction and an understanding of the financial services landscape. You’ll have knowledge of consumer lending products and services and be up to speed with industry codes and legislation.
