Noble Care Services is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Casual Support Workers to join our growing team in Western Melbourne. We empower people with disabilities to live fulfilling and independent lives, and you'll play a vital role in making that happen.

About the Role:

- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including morning routines (starting at 4:30 am) and after-school routines.
- Provide support with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and transportation.
- Encourage clients to participate in leisure activities and community programs.
- Maintain clear and concise communication with clients, families, and team members.
- Uphold Noble Care Services' commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.

About You:

- You are reliable, compassionate, and have a genuine desire to support others.
- You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are flexible and adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- You possess a current Working With Children Check and National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- A valid driver's license.
- Must have NDIS cleareance check
- Peg feed and manual handlig training
- First aid certificate
- Certificate 3 or 4 is diability or relevant industries

Current availability Locations: Western Melbourne area - St Albans, Hoppers Crossing and Whyndham vale.

- Expected salary: $30 - $35 per hour

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
