As a Marketing Assistant at Guiding Generation, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts to reach and engage our target audience effectively. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute various marketing campaigns, initiatives, and strategies across multiple channels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote Guiding Generation's programs and initiatives.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and multimedia materials using Canva or similar software.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, workshops, and presentations.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
