- We have an opportunity for an ambitious Legal Secretary to join our client based in Adelaide CBD. Our client is looking for an experienced Legal secretary with a minimum of 3-5 years experience. This position is to join their collaborative Wills and Estates team. They are a high-performance team with an exciting and busy practice involving a mix estate planning, litigation and succession planning. The team is known for its excellent culture and team environment.- **Core duties and responsibilities of the role include**
- Provide administrative support to Partners and Lawyers
- Document production including drafting and typing of correspondence, edits, preparing and finalising reports and presentations
- Assisting in preparation for court proceedings and compiling briefs
- Client reporting and assisting with client enquiries
**Requirements**:
The successful applicant will possess the following:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a legal secretarial role within a Wills and Estates team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy interaction with clients and peers
- Proven skills and ability, with a high level of attention to detail, in providing confidential and efficient support to legal professionals
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate and schedule work priorities to ensure deadlines and commitments are met efficiently and on time
