Poolwerx is an industry leading pool retail and services company. Based in south east Brisbane, our business operates three contemporary pool retail shops with numerous in-field pool servicing vehicles. To support our growth, we’re looking for a **full time permanent **Billing Administrator to oversee the tasks associated with sending invoices to clients and monitoring outstanding balances.
- Review each Service Task’s notes and photos and prepare carefully crafted service reports on a daily basis
- Review each Pool Technician’s sales orders and prepare meaningful invoices on a daily basis (residential and commercial clients)
- Receive and reconcile payments with invoices
- Monitor customer accounts for outstanding balances and take necessary actions to collect payments
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve billing issues and discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all billing and payment transactions
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies promptly
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner to address any billing inquiries or concerns
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Answer telephone calls and manage customer enquiries accordingly
- Ensure consistent client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and referrals & client confidence
- Provide a reliable, efficient and professional service to clients online, on the phone and in person
- Maintain positive, honest, open, and effective communications, relationships and morale at all levels in the business

**Applicant Requirements**
- Tech Savvy - comfortable with technology and can identify best practices and ways of working within our system NetSuite
- Customer focused and meticulous to meet the needs of our clients and team members & can communicate well with our service technicians
- Self-motivated and positive - you possess and display a can-do attitude every time
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability and desire to service client to a very high standard - the client comes first
- Able to work unsupervised - you thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities well
- Keen to keep learning and growing - you don’t know it all yet and are not afraid to admit it
- Punctual, reliable, courteous and trustworthy - the non-negotiables come naturally to you - you’re the same person at home, as you are at work

Applicants need to be results driven and team orientated with strong problem-solving skills within a complex environment - you love trouble shooting, solving problems and helping others - you care passionately about the team, our customers and the business.
Remuneration will be according to relevant experience & the skills the applicant can offer.
The successful applicant will be required to provide a police check prior to commencement.
