Marketing Coordinator

**FlexiHome Care** provides a wide range of in-home and community care support services to disabled people of all ages. We provide flexible disability support services that are centred on the client's needs and want. We provide our participant services beyond what is expected from us as we want to give them the best life they can achieve within our capability.

**Purpose**

The main purpose of the Marketing Coordinator will be to engage new clients and network with different stakeholders to coordinate business growth. This role will be actively involved in connecting the organisation to new clients and finding opportunities to generate new leads for the company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Duties will include (but not limited to):

- Acting as the main point of contact for external suppliers for events, including building and maintaining these relationships
- Building the Company’s social media presence via various marketing platforms, as advised, by designing and posting engaging content
- Tailoring content to appeal to target demographics
- Being responsible for maintaining the monthly social media calendar and staff newsletter
- Planning, organising and attending marketing events and preparing relevant advertising materials
- Conducting analysis of events including engagement, attendance and outcome levels
- Conducting market analysis to identify trends, new opportunities, to support the Company in maintaining its competitive edge
- Meeting monthly targets/ KPIs
- Creating weekly, monthly and annual reports on marketing insights and progress; and presenting them to management
- Developing and sustaining relationships with various stakeholders through effective networking strategies
- Conducting cold calls to potential clients
- Other ad-hoc admin tasks that may be assigned

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field

**Experience**
- Previous sales/marketing experience exceeding 12 months is desired

**Knowledge**
- Existing knowledge (desired) or willingness to learn about NDIS and the relevant field. Strong passion for mental health and disability.
- Familiar with Canva, Mail Chimp and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram)

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
