Our client is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer to hit the ground running, and who is looking to develop and grow their skills.

**About the Role**

The successful applicant will be responsible for processing all supplier and overhead invoices whilst cultivating and sustaining relationships with external and internal stakeholders. They will also be responsible for supporting the finance team and management, where required.

**_Role Responsibilities:_**
- End to end supplier account processing and reconciliations of corporate credit cards, bank accounts and end of month.
- Timely and accurate processing of the payment of supplier invoices.
- Liaising with suppliers and our purchasing department.
- Arranging pre bank payments, and banking.
- Researching and resolving invoice discrepancies and issues.
- Carrying out document control for accounts payable and general administration.
- Reception duties and answering quieryes.
- Providing administration support as required. (Including, ad hoc projects. )

**_Essential Criteria:_**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts Payable / Receivable. (Essential)
- Experienced with use of Oracle NetSuite (Essential)
- Experienced with use of Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Word.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- High standard of data entry skills and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High sense of priority on great customer service, to clients and external stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise work.
