**About the opportunity**

We're currently on an exciting brand expansion and strengthening journey. We have a new opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to join as the Head of Marketing overseeing a team of designers, content writers, social and paid digital professionals.

This position reports into the CEO and will influence the brand and marketing direction of Oscar Wylee. It would suit a highly experienced inhouse marketing leader or a person seeking to move from an agency environment to inhouse where they can focus their skills on a single brand across different regions and directly experience the success of their contribution.

Preferred applicants will have:

- Strong understanding of traditional (Out of Home, Direct Mail) and digital performance
- Brand and consumer segment experience
- Understanding of the Australian market (desirably also New Zealand and Canada)
- Focus on commercial and financial management
- Strong analytical skills and experience in consumer insights and research
- 2+ years leadership experience
