**About you**:
We are seeking energetic
- Skilled Labourer's to join our expanding Tasmanian team, on some engaging new construction projects. You will work closely with the Supervisor to achieve our projects run smoothly, with your next big opportunity to display your skills and grow in a close kit, high achieving team. This is a genuine opportunity to put your stamp on a growing business and become the go to person for all job specific activities

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
Carbon fibre, epoxy or concrete repair experience. Any mix of these but strong preference for carbon fibre
Experience with Hand Tools
A Construction Safety card
Solid communication skills and ability to promote our core values to be respectful, patient, flexible, accountable and focused
A track record of construction experience supported by references
A willingness to work away from home when required (travel will be a key element of this role as this is a project / site-based role
- rotating)
Commitment to WH&S
A Current Driver’s License
