A new and exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic **Team Leader****:

- Outbound** to join our SD Parts team in Rydalmere. In this role you will be a key contributor to the department's continued commercial success by completing order preparations, packaging, general store duties and reviewing operational processes to improve workflows.

**About the role**:

- Create commitment from the team to ensure the delivery of business strategy and targets
- Lead a team to accurate pick and adequately pack parts as per the pick manifest
- Generate consignment notes and run sheets ensuring details are recorded on the invoice
- Report discrepancies in stock levels to the Inventory Controller
- Ensure all outbound despatch times are met
- Ensure compliance will all Sime Darby Motor Group policies and procedures including WHS

**About you**:

- Previous warehouse experience either in stock control, despatch or inventory.
- Experience using RF guns
- Exceptional planning and execution skills
- Decision making & execution skills
- Customer centric mindset
- Forklift licence (LO/LF)
- Drivers licence
