Your role:
Our Business Management team is critical to Northrop Grumman Australia’s success and the development of a positive culture. We are looking for a Financial Accountant to provide assistance with the consolidation and preparation of internal and external reporting.

Working closely with the Reporting and Analysis Manager, you will take ownership for the end-to-end processes for segment accounts, detailed reconciliations and work collaboratively with both Australian and US teams.

About you:
Key to success will be your ability to process a high volume of work with mínimal supervision, having a can-do attitude, ability to problem solve complex issues and a focus on continuous process improvement.

With your previous experience, working in a fast-paced team along with your ability to identify problems and take a solutions focus approach will see you become an integral part of our high performing team based in Mascot NSW.

Along with your degree in accounting and CPA registration, you will have had a strong understanding to continuous improvement methodologies and extensive analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to plan and priorities workflows at an individual and team level.
