- As a Community Engagement and Support Leader, you will:

- Enhance individuals' presence within the community
- Foster meaningful relationships and build confidence
- Create opportunities for valued roles and champion choice and control.

We’re seeking an empathetic individual/s with a passion for community connection and a knack for building strong, supportive networks within the City of Melville. If you’re someone who inspires, motivates, and empowers others and you have the creativity and problem-solving skills to drive positive change, we want to hear from you

**Who Should Apply**
- Experienced support workers or team leaders eager to build skills and make a difference
- Individuals committed to working alongside people to achieve their goals with demonstrated outcomes and reliability
- Those with knowledge and experience working with individuals with psychosocial disabilities, excellent communication skills, and a supportive, non-judgmental approach

**Hours**

Flexible, with current vacancies on Wed, Thurs, and Fridays approx. 10am - 5pm (TBC)

**Conditions**
- Casual employment with opportunities to progress
- Above industry rates

Pay: $45.00 - $95.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 21 per week
