**About the Company**

All Stripped has locations all over Australia and has been in operation for almost 20 years. We are experts in dust free tile removal, floor removal and non-structural demolitions. We do domestic and commercial strip-outs including kitchen strip-outs, bathroom strip-outs, full house and apartment strip-outs.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the General Manager, team leaders play a key role in this demolition business. You are the first point of our professional customer relations, on arrival at the job site and for the duration of the job. You will lead the team for the duration of the job, liaising with clients and other trades on site and will be responsible for updating and completion of job administration using our job software from company provided iPad.

We are looking for applicants who:

- enjoy hard work, labouring and demolition;
- can operate power tools;
- are reliable, show attention to detail and have a strong work ethic;
- can ability to follow company systems and standards - safety comes first along with our passion of being dust free, we are expecting the same attitude from all our applicants and;
- can be confident in measurements for quoting and pricing all aspects of our work, job costings and efficiency on site;
- are confident with client liaison and team leadership.
- *It is important to understand that our work roles and locations are very diverse, and require workers to be very flexible in their roles, skills and experience

To be considered you will need:

- Labouring or demolition experience with some knowledge in domestic renovations preferred;
- A White Card is essential;
- A current drivers license with experience driving and reversing trailers;
- Other construction relevant licenses would be highly regarded;
- Can-Do attitude, pride in your work with focus on customer experience;
- Reliable, good communicator with a strong work ethic;
- Experience as a team leader in a similar industry would be advantageous.

This is a full-time position. Remuneration will be based on experience starting at $65,000 PA plus 10% super. A company vehicle will be provided during work hours.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
