We are seeking a professional leader to oversee a team of cleaning personnel in a retail/commercial setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of cleaning practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality results and efficient workflow.
  • Support the cleaning manager with staff-related matters and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as incident reporting and staff roster management.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in retail/commercial cleaning.
  • Previous experience supervising a team.
  • Strong knowledge of hard floor cleaning practices and related machinery.
  • Understanding of cleaning practices, including infection control.
