**About the Role**:
Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to take the next step in your career? As a Care Team Manager at BaptistCare, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations within our clinical care setting. You will use your clinical expertise, leadership, and communication skills to oversee and inspire our care team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.

**About You**:
To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Registered Nurse qualification with three to five years of experience
- Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) qualification or willingness to obtain
- Experience leading a team in an aged care environment and complex clinical care setting
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Willingness to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current NDIS Worker screening clearance.

Desirable qualifications include postgraduate qualifications in Management, Gerontology, Training and Assessment, and Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
