**What you need to have**:

- Analysis, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Project and time management skills
- Stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong team working ability in order to work collaboratively with colleagues
- Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly regarded: business strategy, organisation design, workforce planning, HR, transactions, data analytics or change management
