Maxima Tempskill have multiple positions available in the Morton Bay Area with one of our valued clients.
These roles are offering up to 38 hours a week on a casual contract.
In this role your main responsibilities will be the administration officer in the Kerbside collection Contract Operational team, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative and business support to the Waste Services Department, involving direct residential contact. You will also work alongside other administration consultants within the team.
Job Duties include:
- Assist with collation and recording of statistical data for the waste services contracts
- Preparation of reports, briefings and statistical data analysis relation to waste and recycling education activities
- Undertake investigations and report on operational issues
- Support the coordination of waste and recycling community engagement activities, including compilation and promotional material, events, workshops, presentations and information forums
Skills and knowledge required to be successful:
- A friendly attitude and a love of working with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in a similar role
- Administration experience
- Great organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Well developed time management skills to meet deadlines
- Microsoft office suite knowledge and experience
- Experience using TechOne and Finance 1
- National Police Clearance
