An Inclusion (Students with Disability) teacher plays a crucial role in creating supportive and accessible learning environments for students with diverse needs. Key qualities include: Empathy and Compassion; Patience, Adaptability, Strong communication skills, knowledge of differentiation and teamwork skills.
The most essential skills are Empathy and Compassion - Understanding and relating to students' unique challenges is essential for building trusting relationships and providing emotional support. Knowledge of Differentiation: An understanding of how to modify the curriculum and differentiate instruction to meet the individual needs of students is critical.
