**The Role**:
Capitol Cleaning are on the hunt for an experienced cleaner to join the team, servicing the luxury Capitol Grand building.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Maintaining the cleanliness of the Capitol Grand building including common areas.
- Keeping Capitol Grand building and including shared spaces clean and orderly.
- Ensuring safety for all occupants.
- Vacuuming and mopping floors.
- Wiping down windows and mirrors.
- Sanitizing surfaces.
- Disinfecting commonly touched items like switches, remotes, and handles.
- Dusting, polishing, and maintaining overall neatness.
- Thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Providing excellent customer service by maintaining high cleaning standards.

**About You**:

- Physically fit. You must be able to work within allocated timeframes
- Previous cleaning experience
- Have an eye for detail, provide good customer service and be punctual
- Ability and commitment to following instructions, systems, procedures and processes
- Well groomed and well presented
- A happy demeanor and positive energy particularly when interacting with guests
- Excellent communication skills, working well within a team.
