**Residential Cleaner (Temporary) - South Yarra VIC**

**Location**: South Yarra, VIC 3141
**Duration**: Mid-March to Mid-April (Temporary, 1 Month)
**Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 2 PM (5 hours per day)

**About Us**

At **JK Facilities Management**, we take pride in maintaining clean and welcoming residential environments. We are seeking a **dedicated Residential Cleaner** for a **temporary role** to help maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of an apartment complex in South Yarra.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cleaning Common Areas**: Hallways, lobbies, elevators, and other shared spaces.
- **Trash Removal**: Emptying and sanitizing bins in common areas.
- **Floor Care**: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and spot-cleaning carpets.
- **Window Cleaning**: Ensuring common area windows remain clean and streak-free.
- **Dusting & Polishing**: Maintaining handrails, fixtures, and surfaces.
- **Restroom Maintenance**: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms in common areas.
- **Reporting Issues**: Notifying the Building Manager of any maintenance or safety concerns.
- **Adhering to Safety Standards**: Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.

**Requirements**:
✔ Minimum **2 years of cleaning experience** (residential or commercial).
✔ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
✔ Understanding of **safe chemical use** and **OHS regulations** in the workplace.
✔ Physical stamina for cleaning tasks and occasional lifting.
✔ **Reliable and punctual.**
✔ **Full Australian working rights,** a current **police check,** and an **ABN** required.
