**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Head of Process Optimisation, the Process Analyst will work with diverse teams across Ramsay to analyse and document processes in the organisation that deliver exceptional patient, clinician, customer, and staff experiences.

As a key member of a range of transformational projects in the business, you will lead the analysis and documentation of key business processes, develop and design process models and requirements, and work with the broader project teams in areas such as solution identification, build and implementation.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need to cultivate and maintain key stakeholder relationships throughout the business to ensure their current and future needs are met. To do this it will be important to build up a deep understanding of the organisation, and how services are delivered to key customer groups across the company.

**Key Skills and Experience**
- At least 5 years’ experience in Process Analysis, Process Design or Process Management
- An understanding of UML, BPMN and other related methodologies is highly desirable
- Demonstrated business acumen and commercial awareness
- Health Care experience / exposure is highly desirable and preferred
- Experienced in agile ways of working and agile product delivery
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative respectful approach to cross-functional interactions
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field
