Our client is a not for profit organisation dedicated to providing services to those in need within the community. They are currently seeking a Process Analyst who will come and identify and optimise business processes across multiple organisations to improve efficiency and effectiveness, focusing on streamlining operations, reducing cost, and enhancing quality through data analysis and process improve strategies. As A Process Analyst, You Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Analyse and evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Map and document existing processes, creating process flow diagrams and documentation.
  • Develop and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and address root causes of process issues and monitor performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and communicate process changes effectively.
  • Prepare impact analyses, risk mitigation tactics, and change management plans.
  • Assist with new release evaluations and execute new functionality rollouts.
  • Lead and contribute to process improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Training material accessible to all staff of the processes.
  • Training rollout plan to all staff of the processes.
  • Digital Forms in a online portal to facilitate processes.
  • Computer Systems setup to meet future end-to-end process requirements.

To Be Successful, You Will Need Knowledge and Skills:

  • Conducting workshops, interviews, and documentation of current and to-be processes.
  • Managing multiple projects and tight timeframes in an organized manner.
  • Proposing alternative solutions and technologies for high-quality systems solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to negotiate process standardization and stakeholder expectations across multiple companies.
  • Using automation tools to streamline processes and improve customer service delivery.
  • Solid understanding of tools including Visio, JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, and MS Power Platform.
