**Your new role**

Reporting to Process Design Manager, the role of the **Process Analyst **sits initially within the program that is implementing the future AustralianSuper member service model.

**What you’ll be doing
- Analyse current processes within Fund Services to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement, design, and document future state processes.
- Engage with business users to capture the existing process and systems used and any suggested improvements.
- Use Nintex Process Manager to visually represent process workflows and identify potential areas of optimisation.
- Capture regulatory obligations, business rules and operational controls within the processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure usability of outputs across various stakeholder groups such as Risk and Knowledge Management and Operational/Service teams.
- Translate member journeys into every process for the BAU teams

**What you’ll need**
- At least 3 years’ experience in Process Analyst role with proven experience in business improvement within financial services, preferably with Superannuation experience.
- Working knowledge of risk management frameworks and an ability to link controls into process design.
