**Hope Team - Team Leader (12 month parental leave cover)**

Alfred Mental & Addiction Health is responsible for the operation of services which focus on people with a mental illness residing in the Inner South Eastern area of Melbourne.

**About the role**

The HOPE team is comprised of dedicated and compassionate mental health clinicians, psychosocial support workers and lived experience workers. **About you**

**Qualification & Experience Required**
- Registration with AHPRA with Tertiary qualifications in mental health nursing - post graduate diploma equivalent as a minimum. Minimum of 5 years post graduate experience including having worked within a community mental health setting
- Australian working rights and current 2025 Influenza vaccination

Desirable
- Other relevant tertiary qualification or working towards, in relevant areas such as therapeutic interventions, drug and alcohol or psychosocial interventions desirable.
