**The Service**:
This family owned early learning service was purposely built to maximise learning opportunities for young minds. Boasting start of the art facilities and a supportive, experienced team of education professionals, they are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to join their family. Located in this beautiful coastal region in Casuarina, Northern NSW, you’ll benefit not only from experiencing a new and exciting career, but also from a work-life balance that only ocean breezes and a coastal lifestyle can provide.

**Your Role**:
As the Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor you will be responsible for the day to day running of the service, and overseeing the planning, implementation and evaluation of an educational program for young children, in accordance with EYLF and NQF guidelines. Your experience and passion for early childhood education and leadership will enable you to ensure individual needs are catered for. You will have experience in a similar position, managing and creating a positive workplace culture. You will have had success increasing occupancy within a similar leadership role in an early learning service, and be comfortable promoting the service through social media and community events.

**Requirements**:

- An ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent
- Blue Card (QLD Working with Children Check) or evidence of exemption
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
- A passion for working with children
- Previous leadership and management experience
- Social media and online marketing experience
- Connections within the local community
- A desire to become the leader of a dedicated and supportive team of educators
