Bookkeeper Part-time

- Salary circa $100k -110k + super pro-rata

**OUR CLIENT AND THE ROLE**

Our client is one of Australia's most respected construction companies, delivering highly successful projects for many years. Due to an extended period of growth, they now require an experienced and highly motivated Part-time Bookkeeper to join their team 3-4 days a week.

**DUTIES**
- Prepare weekly cashflow, process standing journals, general journals & project cost journals;
- Assist with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and payroll function as required;
- Calculate WIP for all projects, WIP journal and WIP movement reconciliation to the general ledger;
- Prepare monthly profit & loss and balance sheets for the Group Financial Controller review;
- Collate and issue monthly management report for Senior Management;
- Assist with the consolidated statutory reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including half-yearly and annual financial statements;
- Oversee BAS FBT, and other compliance reporting, as well as assisting with any insurance claims and renewals;
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as reasonably directed.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possessing a tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline;
- Have a minimum of 3 years within a similar role;
- Possess advanced Excel skills;
- Demonstrated working knowledge of CHEOPS or similar ERP software;
- High levels of time management & organisational skills; and
- Have a robust personality and ability to communicate across all organisation.
