Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Role Purpose:
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will support the delivery and execution of local marketing activity to support the generation of high quality leads with a focus on the Ideagen CompliSpace products and solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the creation of assets for our Client engagement teams to utilise
- Plan, schedule and maintain our content calendar
- Provide coordination support of the Company’s client activations and events
- Support the creation of marketing reports to analyse campaign performance

Skills and Experience:

- Indicatively, you have completed tertiary studies in marketing, communications or a related discipline
- You are a self-starter who has a strong sense of ownership and self-motivation
- You are organised, have a high attention to detail and take a methodical approach to tasks
- You are a multi-tasker with the ability to flex and adapt to change
- You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with digital design tools e.g. Adobe Suite or Canva and/or HubSpot would be advantageous
