Wesfarmers Health includes over 70 company-owned Priceline stores, 400+ Priceline pharmacy franchise stores, 89 Clear Skincare clinics and our most recently launched beauty retail brand atomica. In 2023, the Health division expanded its digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisitions of telehealth provider InstantScripts, as well as the SILK Group, who operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics. During this year, they also became majority stakeholder of digital health company, SISU Health. The division employs more than 3600 team members.

This role will join the national Priceline Corporate Store team which comprises of 70 company-owned Priceline stores and soon to be, four atomica retail stores.

**What you’ll do**:
As State Manager NSW/ACT, you will play a crucial role in **shaping the future of our store network**. This position is key to executing our Corporate Store retail strategy and transformation plans. You will lead a large, dynamic network of leaders and store teams, driving exceptional performance and customer experiences through strong leadership and development. With exciting store growth ahead, we're looking for a proven leader with a track record of delivering successful transformation, team development, new concepts, and guiding large teams through change.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Experience leading retail stores in a State Manager capacity for 3+ years with a strong preference for experience in specialty beauty retail
- Proven leadership experience in influencing and collaborating with varied retail functions to ensure best outcomes for Corporate Stores
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs, sales targets, and financial goals
- Experience balancing the management of store wage targets while maintaining a high level of customer focus in roster planning
- Demonstrated ability to lead store-based teams, fostering a high-performance culture that values quality, experience, and engagement
- Creative problem-solving skills with experience in delivering large initiatives/new concepts while building strong relationships and working autonomously
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field would be highly regarded
