We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Centre Manager to join our team in the Inner West. This leadership role involves overseeing the daily operation of a licensed childcare centre, managing a team of Childcare Educators and Teachers, and ensuring high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 6 years.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the daily operations of the centre, ensuring smooth communication with parents and stakeholders.
- Support the professional development of educators and teachers, including mentoring and performance management.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, adhering to policies, state legislation, and NQS.
- Maintain and improve the centre’s Assessment & Rating (A&R) and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
- Foster a positive, inclusive team culture that promotes respect and collaboration.
- Undertake Nominated Supervisor role.
- Manage rosters and attendance.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Nominated Supervisor role.
- Hold a Diploma in Childcare or Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
- Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, and Child Protection certification.
- Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per year
