Based at our Office in Wetherill Park, we currently have an opportunity for An Inventory Assistant to join our team. This is a permanent full-time role based in the office with flexible start and finish times.

**About the role**:

- Maintain and update inventory records
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Oversee the integrity of stock within the warehouses through monitoring cycle counting and spot-checking warehouse standard processes
- Monitor inventory key performance measures including damaged, obsolete, and missing stock.
- Monitor inventory transfers to stores to ensure they are actioned accurately and in a timely manner

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, specifically in carrying out cycle counts, exporting data reports, and stock auditing
- Sold knowledge of WMS - Warehouse Management Systems
- Intermediate excel skills
- Strong office administration, organisational, and time management skills
- Have a high level of attention to detail
