Due to ongoing growth, we have a vacancy for an Stock Control Supervisor to join our team in Wetherill Park, NSW. The role is also open to applicants to be based in Artarmon.

The primary objective of the Stock Control Supervisor is to support service quality improvements across the supply chain, by minimizing loss and ensuring accurate inventory levels, in areas of influence or accountability.
- The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)_
- Drive inventory optimisation programs, working closely with planning and operational teams, to deliver best outcomes
- Drive down & contain inventory loss through stringent procedural compliance, training and departmental support
- Support various WMA plants in matters relating to inventory control procedures
- Support company Value Chain Excellence objectives and support implementations at a BU level
- Provide direction to and development of, a small team of store persons, to perform inventory control tasks
- Lead departmental investigations, where inventory discrepancy occurs and present root cause assessments to management. Assist the development of corrective action plans.
- To be successful in this role you will have:_
- Tertiary qualifications such as a Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics will be highly regarded, but non-essential.
- Previous exposure to logistics, procurement and supply chain environments.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organised and punctual.
- A positive attitude be self-motivated and passionate.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail
- A strong understanding of SAP and Power BI will be highly advantageous.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suites, particularly with Excel.
