**About the Company**:
MSP Photography, a leading provider of school photography in Australia, is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team based in South East Queensland. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing a team of 4 to 10 photographers, coordinating all aspects of Photo Day
- Effectively managing and communicating with large groups
- Providing excellent customer service as the company representative on location
- Capturing excellent individual portrait photos and group photos with all training provided
- Demonstrating excellent attention to detail, ensuring quality photos within the timeframe
- Problem-solving to overcome unforeseen equipment, people, or timeframe issues

**Qualifications and Skills**:
To be successful, you will possess the following skills:

- Experience working with children
- A team player, who enjoys leading a successful team
- Superb attention to detail
- Very organised, punctual and reliable
- Great time management
- Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively with children, parents, teachers and school principals
- Strong computer skills
- Interested in learning photography (photography experience is desirable but not essential)
- Supervisory experience will be highly regarded
- Current driver's license
- Current working with children Blue card or ability to obtain one
- Understanding of school operations is desirable
- Neat and tidy appearance
- Good health and general fitness, as the role involves lifting and carrying equipment
- Australian citizen or permanent resident

**Benefits**:

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
