They are looking for a great Account Executive to join their growing team With the support of an Account Manager this role is responsible for the day to day requirements of up to five different clients. From administrative tasks like WIP’s (Work In Progress documents) and media lists, to writing press releases and opinion pieces, this roles expects a level of autonomy in managing client relationships.

Role responsibilities:

- Write press releases, company backgrounders, bios, social media posts etc.
- Develop, write and pitch client media stories
- Respond to media requests in a timely manner
- Arrange and manage client interviews and meetings with media
- Monitor and communicate media coverage with clients and the broader team
- Coordinate and attend client and industry events
- Contribute to the creative efforts of the business, and be willing to share ideas, suggestions and feedback openly and honestly
- Collaborate across teams and across client projects
- Daily media monitoring for each client
- Scour the media daily for relevant opportunities - publications and journalists
- Share relevant media headlines relating to clients’ industries with the broader team in a daily news wrap
- Send weekly PR updates/ progress reports to clients
- Send monthly client PR coverage reports
- Ensure that you maintain an accurate and updated WIP documents
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and process efficiencies
- Managing personal WIP ensuring internal and external deadline are met in a timely manner
- Provide pod admin support as required

Experience Required:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience as Account Coordinator OR previous experience as an Account Executive
- Initiative, drive and tenacity
- The ability to work collaboratively within a small team
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
