We are on the lookout for a proactive, detail-oriented, full-time Administration Manager to join our retail Administration Team. If you are passionate about providing seamless administrative support and thriving in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you.
Reporting to the Senior Administration Manager, and located at our Chatswood showroom, as the Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of the dealership, including providing administrative support to our site. Your willingness to learn, positive attitude, and strong organisational skills will be essential.
**Qualifications**
This role will see you:
- Manage tolls and fines
- Banking
- Service NSW transactions
- Sort through the mail and allocate
- Input supplier invoices
- Record Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) information for each vehicle
- Provide administrative assistance for all aftercare sales transactions
- Follow up on outstanding information related to vehicle sales
- Organise and maintain dealership records, which include signed sales contracts and documents.
**You will also have proven abilities in the following**:

- Able to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced data entry skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential and full training will be provided to the successful applicant
