Cam Can is an organisation which provides individualised, innovative and flexible support arrangements for people who have a disability so they can pursue a lifestyle of their choice in the community.

We are seeking to build on a strong team of Supports for a 16 year old who lives in his own home in Golden Bay. He is a sociable, curious and energetic fellow who enjoys swimming, fishing, and going to his local park.

Transformers, gaming, and watching YouTube videos are also high on his favourite list.

The position would ideally suit males who are organised, resilient, patient and kind with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

**Essential Criteria**:

- The ability to work with within a team and complete support notes, incident reports, and other Member related documents.
- The ability to understand and implement strategies from a positive behaviour support plans to support the young man to achieve his goals.
- Current WA Drivers Licence
- Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the willingness to obtain.

Support times are 8-10 hours and normally start at 8am or 9am. We also provide overnight support from 4pm but there is some flexibility for the right person.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 10-30 per week

**Salary**: $37.00 - $74.00 per hour
