Ten Minas Café is a 120-seater new modern fusion café offering an excellent working culture and competitive salaries.

As we are three months away from opening our doors, we are seeking an experienced Front of House Leader who will be leading a team to deliver friendly and excellent customer experiences. We are looking for a people person who loves to host with solid floor experience. You will have the opportunity to be an integral part of a new venue opening, lead a team and take the next step in your career.

Your main responsibilities include:

- Hosting and order taking
- Manage and empower the front of house team
- Training junior staffs
- Ensure each shift is managed by pre-empting guest needs, staff allocations and by promoting efficient communication amongst the team
- Working closely with the Back of House team
- Ability to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Food and beverage knowledge with attention to dietaries and allergies
- Valid RSA (preferred)

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
