We have a current vacancy for a Lead Educator at our Como centre for an appropriately qualified and experienced Educator looking for the next step in their career.

**We are seeking confident, caring educators to become part of our team and to**:

- prepare, implement and evaluate appropriate programs for individual children or groups
- develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines
- ensure a clean and safe environment is maintained for both staff and children
- ensure that records are maintained accurately for each child
- ensure that the Centre’s policies and procedures are adhered to
- liaise with families
- supervise students on work placement.

**The successful applicant will**:

- have a Diploma of Children’s Services, early childhood care education degree or an ACECQA approved equivalent.
- have a working with children card
- have a medical certificate confirming they are fit to work in children’s services or be willing to obtain one
- be well presented
- be willing to learn
- be able to work as part of a team

Wages and bonuses are linked to qualifications and performance.

Applicant must be able to work 37.5 hours Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.30am-6.00pm.
