**THE ROLE**

Join our diverse team based in **Sydney CBD**, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

As part of ongoing rapid growth, we are looking for approximately 20 new employees to join our team here at EML. As a Case Manager we assist employees who are lodging, or have lodged, a worker’s compensation claim. You will be doing everything from gathering evidence of the claim, liaising with doctors and medical professionals, and seeking ways to help them engage in activities to ultimately get them back to work. You will lodge and approve the claims and provide constant feedback to the customer and internal stakeholders regarding the claim progress. This is not a sales role. It is pure customer service.

This will be a **permanent** position commencing **August/September** based in the **Sydney CBD **office, with flexibility with our hybrid working model (2 days minimum in office up to 3 days from home, once fully trained).

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answer new enquiries and gather evidence about the claim
- Reassure the customer you are there to assist them
- Speak with the employer, medical professionals, and other experts
- Approve, or reject claims based on the available evidence
- Work in a tight team environment to get the best outcomes possible

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have a passion for exceptional customer service
- You are good with numbers and can juggle multiple tasks
- You will be accustomed to using a variety of computer, or POS systems, along with good PC skills
- You will enjoy working in a team and finding solutions to problems
- It's a phone-based role, so your communication skills will be excellent
- Be available to work Monday - Friday 8.20am - 5pm
