**THE ROLE**

Join our diverse team based in Sydney, you will help make a positive impact on someone’s life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

As part of ongoing rapid growth, we are looking for approximately 12 new employees to join our team here at EML. As a Case Manager we assist employees who are lodging, or have lodged, a worker’s compensation claim. You will be doing everything from gathering evidence of the claim, liaising with doctors and medical professionals, and seeking ways to help them engage in activities to ultimately get them back to work. You will lodge and approve the claims and provide constant feedback to the customer and internal stakeholders regarding the claim progress. This is not a sales role. It is pure customer service.

This will be a **permanent** position based in the **Sydney CBD** office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist an injured person and employer with the workers compensation claim process and provide support in the completion of relevant documents
- Make contact in a timely manner with the injured person to ensure access to required services
- Proactively manage the claims process to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for workers who have experienced a workplace injury or illness
- Provide ongoing advice to stakeholders on matters such as injured workers, employers, and providers

- Demonstrated experience in customer service with a passion for helping people
- An empathetic, resilient, and motivational approach to provide customer centric support
- A driven professional with highly developed written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organisational and coordination skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
- Lgeal background/interest desired but not necessary
