**Team Leader, Customer Assist - REQ 57681**

**How will I help?**

As a Team Leader in Hardships & Collections, you will lead and inspire a team to learn, develop and continually strive to deliver sustainable solutions for customers. You will be responsible for coaching and supporting the team in identifying and responding to hardship and vulnerability triggers, whilst ensuring the risk of potential loss to the bank is minimised. In this role, you will demonstrate solid leadership skills, display a strong customer and operational focus across the business with excellent stakeholder management skills.

This is a full-time role offering 38 hours per week, based at our Parramatta office. You will work on a rotating roster with shifts between 8:15am - 8pm (NSW time) Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday shift.

**What do I need?**

To be successful in this role you must have proven leadership experience and a customer
- focussed outlook. You will also have a growth mindset, problem-solving experience, and the ability to work in a high-impact fast paced environment. In addition to this, you will have good attention to detail and excellent negotiation skills. Hardship & Collections and/or contact centre experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
