**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced pool technician that will:

- Service our regular clients pools on a weekly, fortnight or monthly basis by cleaning and servicing equipment to the highest standard,
- Perform routine maintenance repairs on pool filtration systems and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure we can provide the best possible service and advice to our clients,
- Generate add-on sales through your product knowledge and appropriately match products/services to clients needs and build ongoing relationships with them.

You'll be joining an established team that work well together to delight our customers each time they deal with us.

The role is available full-time for the right applicant.

**Skills and experience**

Pool Industry/Pool Technician experience is preferred. Applications from experienced technicians with 2 years minimum in the pool service industry will be favourably considered.

Consideration given to applicants with no pool industry experience with the right skills and personal attributes demonstrated.

Pay rate will reflect the level of experience of the successful applicant.

Detailed knowledge on pool filtration systems as well as balancing of pool water chemistry is ideal.

Have excellent Customer Service skills for dealing with clients in the field.

Ability to self manage and self motivate.

Swimart Mona Vale is a dynamic retail and service company that covers the Northern Beaches region. Providing expert advice on maintaining our clients pools and pool equipment and managing the ongoing service requirements for our strong customer base. Housed in a busy industrial hub, our shopfront and warehouse site offers clients instant access to products due to our storage capacity, a retail experience that includes not only chemicals but all the parts and accessories they need for their pool. Coupled with free water testing and an on-site repair workshop, we provide a total pool solution
