The opportunity:
Day to day responsibilities:

- Lead generation and prospecting
- Qualify leads & schedule product demonstrations with decision makers or senior influencers in businesses across Australia - including lead qualification and assignment to the implementation team
- Diligently weekly reporting
- Prospecting, educating, qualifying, and developing Target Accounts to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.
- Researching companies, and identifying key players in various industries and verticals.
- Managing and responding queries through Zoom to help clients utilise our platform and convert to self service customers
- Work alongside marketing and sales to source and engage with high potential prospects and companies.
- Conduct competitor analysis and be constantly abreast market trends - research and stay across L&D community and networking events
- Contribute to a collaborative, professional team culture

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in Solution selling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills - no fear of cold reach outs
- Hungry and excited about a career in microlearning Sales
- Eager for knowledge and a very keen researcher
- Resilient and persistent attitude towards sales
- You are adaptable and can think on your feet
- Reporting experience is ideal
- Must be authorised to work in Australia
- Must have a full home office setup

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
