**About the opportunity**
This is a 0.5 EFT position to work preferably on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays but open to be flexible, reporting to the Team Leader Wellbeing based in Camcare in Camberwell.
**W**hat you will be doing**
- Provide responsive, client-centred case management services
- Conduct intake, risk assessments, and allocate referrals appropriately
- Support and guide pro bono workers, students, and community support staff
- Maintain accurate client files and data in TrakCare or other relevant systems
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
- Assist with organisational practice including responding to high-risk situations and promoting continuous improvement
**What you will bring** - Key Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Social Work within a community services environment
- Demonstrated experience and skills in the provision of intake and assessment for counselling services and casework service including in risk assessment
- Demonstrated experience to develop and provide innovative services to young people, individuals, families and couples including group facilitation skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of family violence and child safety practice
