One of Australia's leading Federal Government departments is looking to engage a skilled **Learning Designer **to assist in the design and development of innovative learning solutions for a large, dispersed workforce that has a range of training/learning requirements. The successful **Learning Designer **will be offered a **12 month** **contract with a further 12 months of extensions.**

The successful **Learning Designer** will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Managing the end-to-end design process to ensure that training content and learning methodologies are reflective of learner needs and industry best practice.
- Work with stakeholders from across the Department to create a blend both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences.
- Actively engage with SMEs across the workforce to carry out training needs analysis to ensure a high standard of learning design and content.

The successful **Learning Designer** will have experience in the following:

- Ability to design and develop online learning materials using Articulate 360, including Storyline and Rise, ensuring content is interactive and engaging.
- Experience in developing training videos, from conceptualisation through to final production.
- Capacity to use Adobe Creative Suite tools, to create high-quality graphics, animations, and videos for training purposes.
- Creative thinking with the ability to design innovative and engaging online learning experiences.
